: hi Joanne, welcome.

: this article is from resources and I
: love the explanations of all those
: other things I have done

:

: makes sense to me!

: as for the steps, its good to start
: with step one. Thats all! I tried
: to think of them all at once, and
: so can heartily recommend the
: easier way of step one
: as I discovered for myself!

: this link has the 4 parts outlined

: if you love coffee, thats fine, just
: enjoy it for now. I was a complete
: coffee addict and step 7 was the
: right place to think of that for
: me, I do have decaf now, but no
: caffeine for ? 6 years I think. So
: it does work quite happily.

: what are you thinking of for
: breakfast? got any ideas?
Thank you for all your advice, my internet seems to be playing up today so will try to look at links a little while later. Breakfast was a struggle to eat so much protein, I ended up this morning with a slice of pumpernickle bread, 3 small eggs and a slice of unprocessed organic ham and still did not quite hit my 30g!
I have to say though it kept me really full for nearly 6 hours and thats a first!
Good to hear you managed to kick the caffeine habit, I have gradually cut down over the last few years and drink 2 to 3 cups as opposed to the 8 to 10 that I used to drink. I have decided to follow your advice and just work on breakfast for now.
