Thank you! Reading "what you are feeling is normal" really made me feel better, thank you for that. I'm glad to hear about your healing. And thanks for asking me about breakfast. It's going well - I like eating right away, and I have proteins and browns that I mix and match - cheese omelet, greek yogurt, nuts, cottage cheese, and for browns, ezekiel or whole grain toast, oatmeal, grape nuts, or brown rice.
