Re: Less caffeine first week

:Today I got really sleepy mid afternoon with my gradual withdrawal of caffeine.
This looks like the trouble spot.
I am not sure how to proceed. By the time I considered adding in a smidgen of something caffeinated I realized it would keep me awake at night.
Early to bed tonight. Who would have thought that caffeine had such an effect on the body. Overall I like the more mellow feeling. Will trust that this cutting back slowly will work.
Food is on track and my tortilla with stir fried vegetables tasted especially good but I did have a bit of a craving for chocolate --( for that old caffeine again I think rather than sugar which I don't crave at all now :h2) . )
