I have been wanting to try a new way to make salmon on the grill. I was watching a fishing show, and at the end, the host had a quick segment on a new style for grilled salmon. You buy a piece of cedar wood (non treated), soak it in water for a day, and place it on your grill racks, and heat it up. Then you simply put your salmon on top of the cedar until done, and according to the host it is the best tasting salmon you'll ever eat. I will be trying this at some point this summer.
