Re: BE & Step 1 - Question
In Response To: Re: BE & Step 1 - Question ()

Thanks so much for this & for the links. I saw some of the things on the list and they looked pretty appealing. Plus, it's good to know that I can just focus on step one and trust that everything will level out eventually.

Cheers,

: hi Lisa Anne

:

I'm not a morning

: me neither :h6) I had to be literally
: dragged from my bed in the
: mornings and took forever to wake
: up! its a different story now
: though. I still like my bed ( some
: things dont change!) but I wake
: alert and ready for the day. And
: that starts off with doing
: breakfast, so 3 cheers for you on
: that :h2) :h2) :h2)

:

Are there things I can

: Well, I didnt understand BE
: till round about step 6.
: I remember Kathleen saying something
: like " its a lot more fun
: chasing BE than doing the
: step" and for me that was
: right. I thought alot about it...
: well it was fascinating. And I'm
: such a BE puppy :h6) I distracted
: myself with it.

: so heres what I found out. Doing the
: steps, in order, as written -
: takes care of the BE by itself.
: Steady BS means my BE isnt
: haywire. steady steps means I can
: build gentle BE. It all kind of
: follows on from itself.

: there is a class you can take... BE
: class, wonderful, I learnt tons
: from that. but the great news is
: that by focusing on step one, you
: are doing SO much for balancing
: your BE already.

: so are there things you can do from
: step one? Yes, lots of things -
: all the kind things you'd like to
: do for yourself,
