Hi Mosaic,
Thank you for the encouragement. I have gone back and trying hard to stay with step one and honestly, I feel more anxious and depressed than when I wa having the potato. I think I screwed things up by having that too soon. I am wondering if thei backtracking will make me feel worse for awhile. It is probably necessary but I am my old worried self and had been feeling some relief.
