Sorry copper if I confused you. Concentrate on the step you are working on like Kathleen suggests. The point is to not worry about the sugar or binges, if they happen they do. Put you energy and thoughts into doing the food and heal. Then the binges will heal. And I promise you they will because they did for me plus a whole lot more! Chloe
