: I tried green tea first thing and it made me both mellow and energized . Apparently it does not have a huge amount of caffeine in it according to the packet.
The spacing out of current level of tea or coffee is still the trickiest part as I try to gradually reduce it.
Today I watered down the lunchtime iced tea from a machine. Discovered that I need to reduce my intake at that time of day.
I can see the connection to my eating habits too. A lot of this is just what I have been used to doing.
