Tom, that sounds wonderful! I love grilled dinners. I don't have a grill, but my relatives do and I look forward to summer dinners at their home. They have a grill stone - basically a big piece of slate that sits on the grill - and they use it to grill fish. Grilled fish and corn on the cob are my favorites.
