Hi everyone, this is my first post and I am on Step one....ok, looking forward a bit in the book to other steps, but taking Step One seriously right now....I am just wondering if anyone on the Forum has found a good nutrition book/website that converts protein to grams. The ones outlined in the book are great, but I would like to have something when working the program....thanks, looking forward to hearing from you x
