what works best is to master step one. Think about it. Improve it, enjoy it, talk with others about it.what you are doing is thinking about sugar and binges. And what to do for all day
Just focus on breakfast. JUST that.
if you want sugar, have it. If you don't, don't...if you binge, don't fret about it.
Put your energy into Step One. Just that.this is how the program works.
I came from LC tooo. had not had sugar really for 4 years. Apart from the odd intermittent sugar which was awful, I felt really crazy with that.
I chose not to add sugar, as I seriously did not want any, but I still needed to work with every bit of every step to be healing. It was a really good move for me.
A farily swift 1,2,3,4 and I didnt get the benefit. Living the steps works...it really does. I'm really looking forward to hearing about your step one
