As a past master of focusing on problems, I can pass on what was really helpful to me
focuson the solution and not the problem.
Course, I didnt find it that easy! My pattern was to focus on a symptom of the day and worry that to death. Everyone here helped me to put all that energy I was pouring out onto breakfast instead.
How? well I posted about it, shared it, listened to everyones ideas, asked questions. Helped my focus sooo much!
( this was of course after tearing through 1-6 in a hurry and getting in a mess and ready to give up)
I wonder if you asked over on step one list if anyone has good breakfast ideas?
Vegan meals I know nothing about but I imagine it would be a challenge for me
Vegetarian meals I think need a bit of planning and forethought and combinations of dense protein s sometimes but I have seen ie working for people I have a bean dish that isnt enough on its own, wondering if you would be able to have a bit of cheese to go with it? or another favourite is refried beans with cheese. I am lauging a bit here as everytime I think, cheese appears LOL ( yes I do like cheese)
I think its great you shared instead of isolating with this
