Terri,

You know, you came back to try to work the *program* but really what you are doing is trying to work you whole food lifestyle :h11)

What if you JUST worked on breakfast. You don't have to start with 36 grams of protein. Do the other 3 parts.
Just relax and simply enjoy what you are having.
