what works best is to master step one. Think about it. Improve it, enjoy it, talk with others about it.
what you are doing is thinking about sugar and binges. And what to do for all day
Just focus on breakfast. JUST that.
if you want sugar, have it. If you don't, don't...if you binge, don't fret about it.
Put your energy into Step One. Just that.
