Since spring has sprung, our grill has been removed from hibernation and back in business. One of my favorite dinners is skewered shrimp on the barbie over brown rice with a nice fresh organic garden salad. My wife whips up an olive oil/garlic marinade over the shrimp, and they are delicious.

Another fav. of mine is sishkabobs(sp?) with onions, peppers, and some chunks of chicken breast.

Would love to hear others' favorite dinners on the grill.
