Thanks Colette and JoEllen,

These are good ideas......some of them I do, some I have tried, some not.......I am getting back on track.........think I need to cook & freeze more (I don't think of frozen food as real food.....prefer things fresh....but need to stock up cooked food for times when I'm in a crunch, so will go back to freezing some.)
