: Today, a dilemma, everyone off sick

: protein powder in a zip plastic
: bag and some nuts. I had to be a
: bit crafty to get at them
: but I decided on quick shake
: at 11 ish ( I stirred it into some
: decaf in my flask lid) and nuts at
: 1 ish.
: this kept me fairly charming till 2,
: though I was tired. When I got
: home I found meatballs and cabbage
: and potato in one of my vast
: tupperware stores so I got to them
: with a speedy microwave.

Hi Mosaic,
I enjoyed reading your post. Im curious, you mentioned a late lunch is one of the worst things you can do. What happens when your late?
For me if im late, i get sugar cravings, and i turn into Mr. in your face, and people start irritating me over the smallest little things. One of the worst things is when in the middle of a BS crash and your waiting in line at a store or restaraunt so you can get something in you NOW! and the lady in front of you cant decide what she wants, and then has to fumble thru her purse to find the correct change, and just taking her good old time, and kinda turns around at you and wants to make small talk. OMG i just want to scream!
A few of these lunchtime breadkdowns had got me on track with my BS right away when i first started making the connection between my moods and food. It has been a long time since i got 'caught' with nothing to eat. It still is incredible to see the power of food or the lack therof.
