yes I am thankful for that little bit of practicality that is so helpful sometimes!

I have to add, that I had a lovely time on my walk yesterday. I went to a special garden. I felt quite uplifted by the daffs and spring flowers, a lovely rockery and woodland. I had my music with me and it felt great. So much for not feeling like it!

I went out today as well, this time to a friends house for a catch- up.

Good to keep these BE raisers going and look after myself in that way.
