Oh yes, your Thursdays are lovely relaxation treat times..
There is a new book called "The Power of Habit " .I just got sample chapters on my Kindle.
Now I tell myself softly "I have some new habits kicking in " Or are they sliding in slowly?
I am doing well with my new caffeine countdown.
Yesterday I was faced huge vats of strong Columbian coffee. Old habits nearly kicked in but the decaf smelled just as good and my walking pal had decaf too.
I bought some seeds and a new stake for the garden with little bells on it.It helped a lot. Feeling childish about my need for"treats"
Then I remember that I can now pass the donut shop without drooling, and that I am almost ten pounds lighter.

Now for my green tea allocation.
