I've long since learnt that the worst
: thing I can do is have a late
: lunch. My body does not thrive on
: that too well We like lunch
: at 1.30 and no messing.
: Today, a dilemma, everyone off sick
: at work so I had to stay late.
: This meant working 8-2 .
: Luckily I had my container of snack
: things in my bag. a scoop of
: protein powder in a zip plastic
: bag and some nuts. I had to be a
: bit crafty to get at them
: but I decided on quick shake
: at 11 ish ( I stirred it into some
: decaf in my flask lid) and nuts at
: 1 ish.
: this kept me fairly charming till 2,
: though I was tired. When I got
: home I found meatballs and cabbage
: and potato in one of my vast
: tupperware stores so I got to them
: with a speedy microwave.

: catch up on the forum so now I

: I'll write in my journal. This sort
