Kathleen you are right I should start with something lighter. But my plan with the program is to take it slow and steady. Not full on. I already know there are parts of the program that I will need to skip (knee issue). But if it is way too much even with taking it slow than I will look at something else. I really hate that high feeling I used to crave so much. Because I know a crash is right around the corner.

And if I find it really does not work for my RR program I will definitely look at something else. I really appreciate your concerns.
