Great post. Why can't a treat be a little satellite, and not three solar systems wide? Abstinence is just holding out to the next binge. So my BIG FAT nano step is eating sugar at the end of dinner. Logistically it's a cinch, but mentally it's a whopper. I never have had dessert. Dessert was the main course X 10,000,000,000.
