Re: gluten free resources
In Response To: gluten free resources ()

Hi Jennifer!

I'm gluten free and love stacking my browns. Like today for breakfast, for the brown part of it, I had sweet potato in my shake and buckwheat with berries on the side.

I think the best thing to do is just jump in and experiment with different foods you'd like to try. Amaranth, like Allison mentioned I also find quite good! There's also quinoa, beans, homemade buckwheat, rice, millet or any other gluten free flour made into pancakes or waffles or just eaten as whole grain.

Did you have anything in particular on your mind to try or make?
