You may be farther along than I am (only on step 3). However, I was fighting tooth and nail until I let go and let the program start working for me. The most important part is keeping my focus on what is working, the positive things I am gaining and not on the negative b.s.
It's a lot easier to beat myself up for not being perfect. I have to get out of my comfort zone to appreciate myself and others. This is a daily decision. So cookie, shmookie. I bet you have a lot more going on than that

: I just don't get it. I was sugar free
: for over 2 months. Ate two huge
: cookies yesterday and started out
: today with another one.
: Not surprisingly yesterday and today
: have in common that I got out of
: bed too late for breakfast.
: I had such awesome results, lost
: those extra inches around the
: belly and thighs and was feeling
: so great-- still am. Why do I give
: all that up for sweet poison! I
: make no sense. Back to square one.
: I can only hope my next streak
: will be even longer, but it's
: frustrating that even seeing such
: great results and energy, I gave
: it up and for what.
: I am trying to focus on the good and
: just move on... I appreciate any
: thoughts.
