: No. Thursday is planned binge night after being abstinent all week. I stay up all night watching junk TV and binging until I pass out (don't have to work Friday a.m) I guess the rest of the week is detoxing. The weekend is easy, but the last two days are hard as my body starts craving the big BE hit. Not a fun roller coaster ride, but a hard pattern to break.

SO yes, intentional is the operative here.
