I also have been doing a lot of reading on paleo diets. My husband & I were on an elimination diet (ND suggested) that was so similar to paleo, I just used most of those recipes. When I tried a 30 day paleo challenge (the first time I realized I had a sugar problem) I made it to Day 3 before I had a piece of (gfdf) cake (ooh I was sooo sick). All that to say that after being gluten & dairy free since November '11, eating bread sounds strange to me, too! It was just nice to read a comment from someone else in my boat :)
