oh, I do relate to this +++. I havent PCOS, but have had adult acne for many years...... but since PnP I have improved steadily. and now, drum roll please my skin is clear and I can tolerate some moisturisers

my journal has been instrumental I feel... and steps have been miraculous in the way I deal with it. My self esteem was very fragile - that biochemical bit has healed .
