Hi Sarit,

Quick protein and browns for me are bags of tuna (added to frozen dinners or
salads), eggs, instant oatmeal in the microwave, toast, frozen brown rice heated
in the microwave, wild rice cakes with nut butter.

I cook all my veggies in the morning when I have more time. I always buy salads
out because I don't have the patience or interest in putting them together.
