Hi Sarit,
Learning to plan / prepare is definitely part of the process. When I know my day is going to be exceptionally busy, I like to make crock pot meals. That way I have something warm and cooked waiting for me when I get home. I also like to cook up a bunch of meat to have in the freezer ready to grab. Quinoa is a quick cooking brown... I've also found quick cooking brown rice nice to have on hand...canned beans are nice and quick...yam cakes are great to freeze and have on hand.
Also, when life is stressful, I need to remember to eat planned protein / carb snacks. That way I'm not falling off the cliff at dinner time.
Have fun planning!

: I am glad for this thread coming up
: at this time.
: Sugar after abstinence has become a
: difficulty for me too.
: I notice I have given in to sugar,
: related to intensive work pressure
: lately.
: A bit of sugar here and there lead to
: a major binge,
: then got back on track for a while,
: then again some sugar here and
: there,
: then another binge.
: I am still eating protein/browns, and
: still cooking pretty regularly,
: but I can't say it's working like
: clockwork as it did for many
: months.
: I did many of the steps all at once,
: got off sugar/caffeine/whites cold
: turkey shortly before RR.
: Had done this many times in the past,
: but after learning the RR way,
: I succeeded for many consecutive
: months.
: I was very pleased, until now.
: I am watching what is happening and
: wondering what the correct action
: to take is.
: BF is steady, and finally within the
: hour.
: Lunch is steady for the most part.
: The problem is sometimes not
: having enough cooked protein on
: hand or not having enough cooked
: brown available.
: Cooking steadily is a Step in itself,
: as far as I am concerned.
: When swamped after work with private
: lessons and papers to mark, the
: Cooking Step suffers.
: I am looking for a solution to juggle
: this more successfully.
: Sugar starts creeping in during the
: afternoon/evening in the way of
: sweetened red tea, white bread
: with honey, and after a few days -
: chocolate pralines......lots of
: them!
: The one thing I haven't gone back to
: (though I can't say I haven't
: toyed with the idea) is coffee.
: Joy dot: The school year will come to
: a slow-down in May, when my
: .pupils will be doing their
: Matriculation Exams (which are
: marked by outside testers, not me)
: and the pressure I am feeling now
: will be greatly reduced.
: How to get through the next two
: months, and also in view of the
: fact that we will soon be having
: the Passover Holiday, wrought with
: its own pressures (we are inviting
: many guests to our home) and
: temptations.
: Thank you in advance for your
: thoughts/suggestions.
