Trying Radiant step one

Hi- I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I have always been very resistant about going over to the step 1 list. I would post once and get very overwhelmed and run back here to post. I have posted a couple of times now and it was good-not scary-not overwhelming like before. I am still baby stepping step one and finding support for that there on the list.

So... why I am back over here? Just to let others know how helpful it can be to give it a try. Don't let fear keep you from a great support system. Oh.. and I had the best breakfast that I have had in weeks. Still working on the protein amount. Feeling better and climbing out of that deep dark hole :h1) Laura
