which reminds me - vegetables are really soothing too ( yep, and my lunch was sparse on that ( cucumber Ok its green, but isnt that dense!) Just tuna and baked potato isnt really my ideal LOL so you gave me a great nudge there )
and I smiled at the once a week BE Blaster. I expect a lot of us know that one. Loved Kathleens answer. Mine was wine at weekends, a week of abstinence and then a treat at weekends.
I had great weekends and horrible wednesdays, and couldnt add that up at all!
so - abstinence wasnt all that successful - I didnt want to give up my weekends
but putting the energy into step 3 was quite transforming for me. Have you seen the step 3 list? theres such a lot of knowledge there.
