Joy dot: some of my daffodils are blooming! They were bravely showing their faces in the gale storm winds we had yesterday.

I actually love leftovers because it means I don't have to cook. And we have been buying a rotisserie chicken every week - that way if it's too windy to grill, we still have some meat in the house. There are also some meals that taste better the second day.

If I end up with too many leftovers and think I will be bored, I freeze some for another week.
