And I'd guess eating it like Kathleen suggests every night after dinner adds up to
less total sugar than the big binge anyway. I used to eat junk food on Sundays. I
felt awful, then awful every Thursday when I detoxed. I finally committed to trying
it differently for 6 months and never looked back. How about picking a given
amount of time, like a month, to try it and see if you feel better?
