A trick? um, yes. how about a whole program.... :h3)

Pick a dessert and have it every night after dinner. Same thing, same amount, every night right after dinner.

Right now, you are doing the most intense addictive *drug* use you can, which is to abstain, cause major upregulation of
your beta endorphin and then have a blast of it.

The *trick* is simply deciding that you want to do something differently. The reason the process works is it stops
the flooding high, and creates a steady state.

Try it.

And don't say you are not able to have dessert after dinner, :h4)

You can say you donna wanna because you LOVE your big drug hit, but no telling me you *can't* :h6)
