I too struggled with breakfast eating fast hurrying to get ready for work. I ended doing a shake 3 mornings a week. I wanted something easy to fit into routine of exercising in mornings. I can drink while fixing hair or have sips between getting dressed and preparing lunch. It works great for me. :h2) Chloe
