Thank you everyone for the replies! Dodi, thank you for the insightful question. My sister has a tendency towards depression and fatigue in particular when she's pre-menstrual. So she was curious about whether this program could help her as a non-sugar sensitive to alleviate these symptoms and feel better overall. However, since I first posted this question she has learned more about sugar sensitivity and now thinks she may be a sugar sensitive too.

My breakfasts are still going really well and I look forward to them every morning. This morning I had oatmeal, protein powder, almond milk, cinnamon, strawberries. I would like to work on allowing myself more time though, to actually sit at the table and eat more slowly and mindfully. On work days I tend to rush my breakfast, and eat too fast. This weekend though I had breakfast sitting at the table, listening to the birds outside my window, watching it snow, and enjoying my breakfast.
