You're right, Allison. I made that stuff a lot, years ago. The Kraft dinner in the blue box was one of my staples. I wonder, how many of the kids in your child care center are still eating like this? And how great it would be for them, their families and their teachers if they weren't.

: have cooked with, things like
: velveeta, hot dogs, crescent
: rolls, miracle whip etc. None of
: the recipes were very appealing to
: me - not even the pictures. They
: had one article on snacks. There
: were none that I would eat - a lot
: of them had things like pudding,
: or jello. And they had an article
: with instructions for making Kraft
: noodle dinner (plus they sell
: snack packs of it that you just
: heat up)I was looking at it
: thinking, none of this is food!
: But I remembered making stuff like
: this in the past. And I'm sure
: lots of people would have been
: thrilled to have these recipes to
: make for their families.
