Hi Tom,
Your post made me smile because I've started having salads at the
other end of the day, often with my sweet potato at night. My body
loves salads too. They go on the top 5 list of foods that make my
body happiest (list also includes egg and veggie burger sandwiches,
protein shakes, broccoli, black beans). Isn't a wonderful thing to
be listening to our bodies. You're right-it never gets old
