Breakfast salad

a few weeks ago i tried having a vegetable salad with breakfast and it has proven to be a one of the biggest surprises doing this program all these years. I cannot believe how much my body responds to this. The effects for me were instant. So its a keeper!

My wife and i have been expereimenting with diff. veggies and fruits, and organic vs. non organic, just to see if we could notice any differences, and this is where i got the idea for salad with breakfast, just kinda playing around. Plust ive been doing some reading about the benefits of raw veggies in
in your diet.

It never gets old to listen to your body and how cool it is when you find something that really works. Your body will let you know loud and clear either way.
