Experimenting is a good idea to find out what works for you.

I have 3 poached egg yolks (I have never liked the whites) and 4 slices of bacon and a small amount of heated up brown basmati rice with wild rice which tends to be my main carbohydrate. That has worked for me for a good few years now. Everyone is different however.
