Hi Regina;I am glad you are off to a good beginning.
After my first few months with the journal I could tell more about portions size.
I confess that I used to eat huge helpings until the timing of meals improved.
I was thinking about that today.
I am out of town, teaching and the meals are on shifts so very very regular.My body adores it
However the one big gap between lunch and dinner --6 hours- was too long.
I added a protein snack.That keeps me from that over- hungry feeling that leads to big scoops
You will figure out your portion sizes when you look at your energy level and moods in your journal notes.
