Hi, ya'll! : )
I am experimenting with gluten-free along with the no dairy/soy... while I do know that you HAVE to have a shake, it makes breakfast quicker/easier... this morning I had my 2 boiled eggs (surprise, surprise! lol) but I replaced the 100% whole wheat toast with gluten-free Udi's Whole Grain sandwich bread (which is WONDERFUL if you've never tried it... I've heard such horror wtories about 'glutten-free'... but that bread is really good! lol). And I am still experimenting with different shakes/combinations... since I don't have a blender yet, my options are not as limiless as others... but I am a 'If-it-ain't-broke-don't-fix-it' kinda person, so I can be happy with one that I really like for quite some time... : )
Okay... two questions... do people actually GAIN weight with step one? (Not that I have already, but when you've never been a 'breakfast' person, it's kinda like adding a (sometimes really big) meal to what you were already doin'... AND... Will this program still (eventually) work for weight loss if you're NOT sugar sensitive?
