you could start off if you like by just concentrating on what different sorts of breakfast proteins you like.

(I can say that quite happily because there was I in the beginning working out all days worth of protein when I could have taken it easy and just done breakfast. I got so distracted I got the 4 parts of breakfast askew anyway :h19) So I did do 'just breakfast focus' later on :h11) )

I like shake for breakfast, which makes protein really easy. And cottage cheese protein-for-volume wise is ace to add to things .

Cottage cheese with cocoa and walnuts is rather nice too.
Or with toasted oats and forest fruits :h9)

I had shake today and added an egg to top my protein grams up.
Easier than ploughing through a lump of stuff. Though I do also like chicken stew , or chilli.
