I have figured out that in yesterday's shake I was using 1/3 amount of a RAW meal replacement shake to get 10gr protein + a Greens First shake (another 5gr) which is actually a Meal Replacement in itself... and then my eggs/toast ON TOP of all of that... Well, no wonder I felt like the Michelin man!! lol
Okay, so this morning I had the same eggs/100% WW toast (I'm gonna go check out Udi gluten-free bread after work!) and just ONE SERVING (lol) of Raw Organic Protein shake ... for a total of 29gr ..I felt much better after breakfast TODAY, even with the 100% Whole Wheat bread! Go figure!! lol Live and learn, right?!? : )
