Lovely to meet you Regina, what an interesting story....

Portion sizes used to worry me to bits. Actually the mere word 'Portion' used to upset me dreadfully. Remembering that felt strange, although it used to be such a big deal!

anyway, working my way though the steps, it has sort of taken care of itself with out me thinking too much about it. I bet its one of those embedded things :h10) Learning to listen to what my body says, regaining my proper appetite switches.

also - listening to those times when I need more - when I am using a lot of energy or very stressful times - its been a gradual art that continues to be of interest... how clever my body actually is!

this is great news :h2) Specially when you have been a non-breakfast eater. Omelette is great protein. Are you ok with working your breakfast protein out? I have to play a bit if just eggs as at 6g each I'll add some other proteins too. What do you think?
