Nice idea about the burrito, I am so programmed to not have any carbs. It is so strange after all of my reading about primal and paleo diets. Wheat was the enemy. I actually have been enjoying adding browns back in. Somehow that other diet felt off balance. I will also look into the other proteins for the shake. Thanks!!
