Welcome. breakfast has 4 parts
the protein
the complex carbs
within an hour
every day
What if you simply have what you are able to.
Work on within an hour, and every day. Just have the eggs and some toast.
If you have crohn's, I would encourage you not to have wheat.
Maybe just work on that for a while.
Have fun. Don't scare yourself.
