too much protein...

Hi, ya'll! : )
I'm havin' trouble with all the protein (I know, big shocker! lol) I weigh 175 (female) but 30 grams makes me feel way too full... Crohn's and dairy/soy don't mix... Today I had 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices wheat toast (with Blue Bonnet) and a 15 gram shake... I felt like the Michelin man!! then if I have this between 7-7:30 protein is the LAST thing I want at Noon!
