Breakfast and Soap!

Hi- Just wanted to share that breakfast was good this morning. Still working on getting enough protein;otherwise it was spot on.

Also a word on the soap trick for restless legs. My husband has restless legs and gets cramping too. He laughed when I told him I was putting a bar of soap at the bottom of our bed. Well.... it does work! :h4) Oh the wonderful things you learn on this site, huh?! Laura
