non-sugar sensitives?

Hello,

I am working on Step 1 of the program, and am so grateful for this community. I am learning a lot from all of you. So far, I have noticed amazing changes just from doing the breakfasts in that I feel more steady, stable, and my energy levels are higher. I used to rely on coffee throughout the day for energy, and now I am down to 1 cup per day. This morning for breakfast I had 3 eggs, oatmeal, butternut squash, a few strawberries, and coffee.

My sister has noticed positive changes in my overall sense of well being, and asked me if this program could help non-sugar sensitives to feel better too? I imagine so, yet I was not sure how to respond to her question fully and well and would appreciate your thoughts.
